Individual session example

  1. Warm up – Warm up yourself and the ball
  2. Technical Assessment – Understanding where you are and where you want to progress to
  3. Technical feedback – After using the information from the assessment we will start to apply what we need to improve
  4. Pressure feeds – To apply technical information in pressure scenario
  5. Fitness – Based on session theme- Fitness workout will be selected accordingly to finish session on a high.

GROUP

Group coaching is a great way to improve your game, get more enjoyment from playing and a chance to meet other players of a similar standard to yourself
